Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We ship across India. We do not currently ship internationally.

Processing time

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 2 PM or on Sundays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time

Most orders are delivered within 3–5 business days of dispatch. Remote areas, Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, the North-East and island territories may take 7–10 business days.

Shipping charges

Free shipping on prepaid orders of ₹999 and above
₹79 shipping on orders below ₹999
Cash on Delivery is available on orders up to ₹15,000, with a ₹49 COD fee

Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email and SMS.

Delays

Deliveries can occasionally be delayed by weather, festivals, strikes or other events outside our control. If your order is running late, email us and we will follow up with the courier.

Receiving your order

Please check the package before accepting it. If the outer box is torn, tampered with or wet, refuse delivery or note it with the courier, then email photos to hi@fitband.org within 48 hours. We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video.

Wrong address or failed delivery

Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us after failed delivery attempts, we can reship it (shipping charges apply) or refund the order minus shipping costs. COD orders refused at delivery may make future COD orders unavailable.
