Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of fitband.org and any purchase you make from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older, or use the site under a parent's or guardian's supervision.

2. Products

fitband.org is an independent retailer of fitness bands and accessories from various brands. We are not the manufacturer, and all brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. We try to show products, colours and specifications accurately, but small differences may occur.

3. Pricing and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without notice, but you pay the price shown at checkout. If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

4. Orders

An order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons such as stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud or an undeliverable address. In that case, any payment is refunded in full.

5. Shipping and returns

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Return and Refund Policy, both of which form part of these terms.

6. Warranty

Products carry the manufacturer's brand warranty, with terms and duration set by the brand. We will help you with the claim process, but warranty repairs and replacements are handled by the brand or its authorised service centre. The warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage beyond the rated resistance, misuse or unauthorised repairs.

7. Health disclaimer

Fitness bands are wellness products, not medical devices. Readings such as heart rate, sleep, SpO2 and calories are estimates and must not be used to diagnose or treat any medical condition. Consult a doctor for any health concern.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
