fitband.store ships to addresses across India.
Delivery time
Orders are delivered within 3–5 business days of being placed. Remote areas and some pin codes can take longer; if we expect a delay for your address, we will email you.
Shipping charges
Any shipping charge for your order is shown at checkout before you pay. There are no hidden charges after checkout.
Tracking your order
When your order ships, we email you a tracking link. If you haven’t received it within 2 business days of ordering, write to us at hi@fitband.store.
Receiving your order
Please check that the outer package is intact before accepting it. We recommend recording a short video while you open the box: it makes any damage or missing-item claim much faster to resolve.
Failed deliveries
If a delivery fails because the address was incorrect or nobody was available after repeated attempts, the courier returns the parcel to us. We will contact you to arrange re-delivery or a refund as described in our Returns & Refunds policy.
