These terms apply to your use of fitband.store and to any purchase you make from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.
1. Who we are
fitband.store is an online retailer of fitness wearables, operating in India. We are an independent reseller: we are not the manufacturer of the products we sell, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by the brands we stock unless we say so explicitly. All brand names and trademarks belong to their owners.
2. Products and information
We describe products as accurately as we can, based on the manufacturer’s published information. Features, app services and memberships are provided by the manufacturer and may change. Photos are for illustration; minor differences in colour or packaging can occur.
Fitness wearables are not medical devices and must not be used to diagnose or treat any medical condition.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment partners; we do not store your card details.
4. Orders
Your order is confirmed when you receive our order confirmation email. We may cancel an order and refund you in full if a product is out of stock, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud.
5. Memberships and subscriptions
Some products include a membership from the manufacturer (for example, a 12-month membership). The membership is provided and renewed by the manufacturer under its own terms. Renewal after the included period is between you and the manufacturer.
6. Shipping, returns and warranty

7. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable Indian law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Delhi have jurisdiction over any dispute.
9. Grievances and contact
For any complaint or question, email hi@fitband.store. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
